Common Uses: 1-2 drops on temples and base of skull. Repeat as necessary. 5 to 10 drops in tissue or diffuser for inhalation, 6 - 10 drops in 20 ml of carrier oil for massage, 3 to 7 drops to a full bath.
Cautions: For external use only. Keep away from children and eyes. Do not use undiluted. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use.
