Directions for Use: Warm the balm in your palm and apply to dry, red, inflamed and itchy areas, daily and as often as needed throughout the day. Province Apothecary recommends covering the area at night with a bandaid, cotton clothing or gauze to help the skin absorb the balm and to form a protective barrier for fast healing.
